Acupressure Health: Points for Common Ailments 
This workshop is designed for you!
You will learn acupressure points for everyday ailments,
including: cramps, nausea, digestive and elimination imbalances, fatigue, cold/flu onset.
You will learn specific techniques for holding and releasing blocked points, as well as breathing techniques.
This workshop is a fun exploration of your own body and what you can do simply
to make yourself feel better!

The Fundamentals of Self-Acupressure 
Acupressure is a generic term coined by Westerners to describe any
health art involving the simple application of pressure to the traditional
acu-points. Acu-points are the points used in Acupressure and Acupuncture.
Jin Shin Do® is much more than basics, yet in its basic form it
may be the most accessible form of self-acupressure.
Jin Shin Do® means “The Way of the Compassionate Spirit”.
In this workshop we will learn the 25 point Self-Acupressure Session,
as well as extra points for Acupressure Self-Care, which can aid in
many common ailments such as menstrual discomforts, headaches, backaches,
nausea, constipation, heartburn.
